What information is needed to place an order?
We can work with you to gather all of the necessary information to start a new project. If you’re about to call, email or drop in to the store, it would be helpful to know the following:
- When will you need the order?
- What items will you be ordering?
- How many of each item?
- Do you have a logo file? What format is your file?
- Will you want other customization or personalization like names or numbers?
- Do you want screen printing or embroidery or tackle twill?

How do I provide our logo or art?
Please email your art to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We accept most file formats such as: .JPG, .GIF, .TIF, .PNG, .BMP, .PDF, .AI, .PSD, .EPS, .DST and .CDR.
Art and setup charges may apply depending on what type of file is sent and on the complexity of the task. We will be happy to provide a price before starting any setup.
What if I don’t have the right logo file?
Sloper’s staff can help you determine which file to send to us – just call! If you do not have a logo or do not have access to the logo files, Sloper’s can help you create a new logo or recreate an existing logo. Additional charges may apply for this service.
When will my order be ready?
When you place your order, our staff will provide a time frame for the job. If you have a deadline, please mention it before beginning the order process to ensure we can meet your needs. Once your order is being processed we can provide a more accurate delivery date and arrange for pick-up.
How do I approve my order?
Sloper’s Stitch House will send you a proof via email. Your proof is exactly what your final product will look like. Check your proof carefully for spelling, logo placement, colors and overall look. We can make changes to the proof but not to printed or stitched products so take time to review proofs carefully.
Do you offer rush service?
We can often accommodate rush jobs for an additional fee. Please call Sloper’s to ask about availability. Also, please know that the “rush” applies to customization. Apparel or products order from a vendor may not be able to be rushed.
Where can I find sizing information?
Each catalog offers a sizing chart. In some cases, it may be easier to order sample sizes for try-ons. Ask a Sloper’s staff member if you need additional help with sizing because we want you to love every product you order.
Can I get sample sizes for everyone to try on?
In some cases, it may be easier to order sample sizes for try-ons, particularly with uniforms and youth sizes. These samples can be customized along with your other orders so the cost is absorbed. Shipping charges may apply.
How do I place a team or group order with sizes and customization?
Ask Sloper’s staff for our team/group order form. This form can be customized for your group and helps coordinate large orders or multi-piece uniforms with ease.
Do I need to place an order in person?
Dropping in to Sloper’s Stitch House allows you to see products first hand and meet of friendly staff but you can also contact us by phone or email to place an order.
Why is there a charge for shipping on my invoice?
Any shipping or delivery charges you see on an invoice are for shipping from our product and apparel vendors. Sloper’s places your order with the vendors, then customizes your items once they are delivered to us. We don’t mark up these fees or charge for ordering service.
Can I change my order?
Yes – in some cases. You can order additional items with the same design or change orders that have not yet gone into production. Once you approve your proof and we start production, any changes you make will incur additional charges.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Customized or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged. Our design review process helps to ensure your final product will look great – and be right.
